I normally stay away from the fad diets. I am a guy with a crazy appetite. I know how to eat healthy but I am always STARVING! But this supplement is different than the others. It is caffeine free so no jitters or heart racing. It actually works for me. I am sorry to have to break it to you, but your still have to eat healthy and exercise. The biggest effect was the decrease in appetite. I am not sure if the supplement itself burns fat as claimed, However; I was able to lose weight simply because I wasn’t hungry all the time and was able to stick to healthy foods and feel satisfied.
